Sea View Mews is one half of a large chalet bungalow which commands magnificent views of the North Sea and Filey Brigg, a famous local landmark. The approach is slightly off the beaten track up the side of an arable field, with parking in front of the doors to the games and utility room. The entrance to Sea View Mews is along the patio to the right of the games room. It opens into a small enclosed porch with coat hooks and room for shoes and boots, then a small hall leading to the games room and kitchen to the right. The kitchen has a double electric oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer shelf, sink and plenty of cupboards for crockery and food. There is a sturdy table with four chairs and the sea can be seen from the kitchen window, over the fields.
The games room houses a full table tennis table with four bats and balls, a table football set and a 6 foot pool/snooker table with both sets of balls. The room is heated with a large radiator and there is a washing machine, drier, tall fridge freezer and ironing board with iron. Extras include a bbq set plus fuel, boule set. garden chairs and croquet set. Sea View Mews has complementary Wi-Fi.
The sitting room with magnificent sea view is up a short flight of stairs with a sturdy bannister. There are two 3 - seater leather settees, two side tables, bench, two comfy patchwork chairs, two small wooden children's chairs, a wooden chest of drawers containing games, a 40 inch smart tv with complementary Netflix and bean bags for putting your feet up on! The shower room and twin room are off the sitting room and the master bedroom is up three steps. The master bedroom has plenty of storage space, a rocking chair, velvet chair, hair dryer and bedside tables with rural views to the west. The twin beds can be zipped into a super king bed on request and this room has a large velux window with views over the village, bedside tables, a chair and large wardrobe with chest of drawers inside.
Outside there is private, off road parking for up to two cars in front of the games room. The patio has a rattan corner sofa with table and two stools, for sitting out on and there is a lawn for croquet or boule. If visitors bring their dogs, (one medium or large dog or up to three small dogs, then the front garden can be made secure by closing the gate.
